창세기 9장 [킹제임스]

1. 1 Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth.

   1 하나님께서 노아와 그의 아들들에게 복을 주시며 그들에게 이르시되, 다산하고 번성하여 땅을 가득 채우라.

2. 2 The fear and dread of you will fall upon all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air, upon every creature that moves along the ground, and upon all the fish of the sea; they are given into your hands.

   2 너희에 대한 두려움과 너희에 대한 무서움이 땅의 모든 짐승과 공중의 모든 날짐승과 땅 위에서 움직이는 모든 것과 바다의 모든 물고기에게 있으리니 내가 그것들을 너희 손에 넘겨주었노라.

3. 3 Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything.

   3 살아서 움직이는 모든 것이 너희에게 먹을 것이 될 것이요, 푸른 채소와 같이 내가 모든 것들을 너희에게 주었노라.

4. 4 "But you must not eat meat that has its lifeblood still in it.

   4 그러나 너희는 고기를 그것의 생명인 그것의 피와 함께 먹지 말지니라.

5. 5 And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each man, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of his fellow man.

   5 내가 반드시 너희 생명인 너희 피를 요구하리니 모든 짐승의 손에서 그것을 요구할 것이요, 사람의 손에서 곧 각 사람의 형제의 손에서 사람의 생명을 요구하리라.

6. 6 "Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made man.

   6 누구든지 사람의 피를 흘리는 자는 사람에 의해 자기 피를 흘리리니 이는 하나님이 자신의 형상대로 사람을 만들었기 때문이니라.

7. 7 As for you, be fruitful and increase in number; multiply on the earth and increase upon it."

   7 너희는 다산하고 번성하며 땅에서 풍성히 내고 그 안에서 번성하라, 하시니라.

8. 8 Then God said to Noah and to his sons with him:

   8 ¶ 하나님께서 노아와 또 그와 함께한 그의 아들들에게 말씀하여 이르시되,

9. 9 "I now establish my covenant with you and with your descendants after you

   9 보라, 나 곧 내가 내 언약을 세우되 너희와 너희 뒤를 이을 너희 씨와

10. 10 and with every living creature that was with you--the birds, the livestock and all the wild animals, all those that came out of the ark with you--every living creature on earth.

    10 너희와 함께하는 모든 살아 있는 창조물 즉 너희와 함께하는 날짐승과 가축과 땅의 모든 짐승과 세우리니 곧 방주에서 나가는 모든 것부터 땅의 모든 짐승에 이르기까지의 창조물과 세우리라.

11. 11 I establish my covenant with you: Never again will all life be cut off by the waters of a flood; never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth."

    11 내가 너희와 내 언약을 세우리니 다시는 내가 모든 육체를 홍수의 물들로 끊지 아니할 것이요, 또 땅을 멸할 홍수가 다시는 있지 아니하리라, 하시고

12. 12 And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come:

    12 또 하나님께서 이르시되, 내가 나와 너희와 또 너희와 함께하는 모든 살아 있는 창조물 사이에 대대로 영구히 맺는 언약의 증표가 이것이니라.

13. 13 I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.

    13 내가 내 무지개를 구름 속에 두노니 그것이 나와 땅 사이에 있는 언약의 증표가 되리라.

14. 14 Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds,

    14 내가 구름을 가져다가 땅을 덮을 때에 무지개가 구름 속에서 보이면

15. 15 I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life.

    15 내가 나와 너희와 모든 육체의 모든 살아 있는 창조물 사이에 있는 내 언약을 기억하리니 다시는 물들이 모든 육체를 멸하는 홍수가 되지 아니하리라.

16. 16 Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth."

    16 무지개가 구름 속에 있으리니 내가 그것을 보고 하나님과 땅 위에 있는 모든 육체의 모든 살아 있는 창조물 사이에 있는 영존하는 언약을 기억하리라, 하시며

17. 17 So God said to Noah, "This is the sign of the covenant I have established between me and all life on the earth."

    17 또 하나님께서 노아에게 이르시되, 내가 나와 땅 위에 있는 모든 육체 사이에 세운 언약의 증표가 이것이니라, 하셨더라.

18. 18 The sons of Noah who came out of the ark were Shem, Ham and Japheth. (Ham was the father of Canaan.)

    18 ¶ 방주에서 나온 노아의 아들들은 셈과 함과 야벳이었는데 함은 가나안의 아버지니라.

19. 19 These were the three sons of Noah, and from them came the people who were scattered over the earth.

    19 이들이 노아의 세 아들이며 그들로 말미암아 온 땅에 사람들이 퍼지니라.

20. 20 Noah, a man of the soil, proceeded to plant a vineyard.

    20 노아가 농부가 되기 시작하여 포도원을 세우고

21. 21 When he drank some of its wine, he became drunk and lay uncovered inside his tent.

    21 포도주를 마신 뒤 취해 자기 장막 안에서 덮지 않은 채 있었더니

22. 22 Ham, the father of Canaan, saw his fathers nakedness and told his two brothers outside.

    22 가나안의 아버지 함이 자기 아버지의 벌거벗음을 보고 밖에 있는 자기의 두 형제에게 고하매

23. 23 But Shem and Japheth took a garment and laid it across their shoulders; then they walked in backward and covered their fathers nakedness. Their faces were turned the other way so that they would not see their fathers nakedness.

    23 셈과 야벳이 옷을 가져다가 자기들 어깨에 올려놓고 뒷걸음쳐 들어가 자기들 아버지의 벌거벗음을 덮었는데 그들의 얼굴이 뒤를 향하였으므로 그들이 자기들 아버지의 벌거벗음을 보지 아니하였더라.

24. 24 When Noah awoke from his wine and found out what his youngest son had done to him,

    24 노아가 포도주에서 깨어나 자기의 작은아들이 자기에게 행한 일을 알고는

25. 25 he said, "Cursed be Canaan! The lowest of slaves will he be to his brothers."

    25 이르되, 가나안은 저주를 받을 것이요, 그는 그의 형제들에게 종들의 종이 될 것이니라, 하고

26. 26 He also said, "Blessed be the LORD, the God of Shem! May Canaan be the slave of Shem.

    26 또 이르되, 주 곧 셈의 하나님을 찬송할지어다. 가나안은 그의 종이 될 것이니라.

27. 27 May God extend the territory of Japheth; may Japheth live in the tents of Shem, and may Canaan be his slave."

    27 하나님께서 야벳을 크게 만드실 것이요, 그가 셈의 장막들에 거할 것이며 가나안은 그의 종이 될 것이니라, 하였더라.

28. 28 After the flood Noah lived 350 years.

    28 ¶ 홍수 이후에 노아가 삼백오십 년을 사니라.

29. 29 Altogether, Noah lived 950 years, and then he died.

    29 노아의 전 생애는 구백오십 년이었고 그가 죽으니라.
