출애굽기 24장 [킹제임스]

1. 1 Then he said to Moses, "Come up to the LORD, you and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel. You are to worship at a distance,

   1 또 그분께서 모세에게 이르시되, 너는 아론과 나답과 아비후와 이스라엘의 장로 칠십 명과 함께 주에게 올라오고 너희는 멀리서 경배하라.

2. 2 but Moses alone is to approach the LORD; the others must not come near. And the people may not come up with him."

   2 모세 혼자만 주에게 가까이 오고 그들은 가까이 오지 말며 백성은 그와 함께 올라오지 말지니라, 하시니라.

3. 3 When Moses went and told the people all the LORDS words and laws, they responded with one voice, "Everything the LORD has said we will do."

   3 ¶ 모세가 와서 주의 모든 말씀들과 모든 판단의 규범들을 백성에게 고하매 온 백성이 한목소리로 응답하여 이르되, 주께서 이르신 모든 말씀들을 우리가 행하리이다, 하더라.

4. 4 Moses then wrote down everything the LORD had said. He got up early the next morning and built an altar at the foot of the mountain and set up twelve stone pillars representing the twelve tribes of Israel.

   4 모세가 주의 모든 말씀들을 기록한 뒤 아침에 일찍 일어나 산 밑에 제단을 쌓고 이스라엘의 열두 지파대로 열두 기둥을 세우며

5. 5 Then he sent young Israelite men, and they offered burnt offerings and sacrificed young bulls as fellowship offerings to the LORD.

   5 이스라엘 자손의 청년들을 보내어 그들이 주께 번제 헌물을 드리게 하고 소들을 화평 헌물로 희생시켜 드리게 하였으며

6. 6 Moses took half of the blood and put it in bowls, and the other half he sprinkled on the altar.

   6 또 모세가 그 피의 절반을 취해 대야들에 담고 그 피의 절반은 제단 위에 뿌리며

7. 7 Then he took the Book of the Covenant and read it to the people. They responded, "We will do everything the LORD has said; we will obey."

   7 언약의 책을 가져다가 백성이 듣는 데서 읽으매 그들이 이르되, 주께서 이르신 모든 것을 우리가 행하고 순종하리이다, 하니

8. 8 Moses then took the blood, sprinkled it on the people and said, "This is the blood of the covenant that the LORD has made with you in accordance with all these words."

   8 모세가 그 피를 취해 백성에게 뿌리며 이르되, 주께서 이 모든 말씀들에 관하여 너희와 맺은 언약의 피를 보라, 하였더라.

9. 9 Moses and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and the seventy elders of Israel went up

   9 ¶ 그때에 모세와 아론과 나답과 아비후와 이스라엘의 장로 칠십 명이 올라가

10. 10 and saw the God of Israel. Under his feet was something like a pavement made of sapphire, clear as the sky itself.

    10 이스라엘의 하나님을 보았는데 그분의 발밑은 마치 사파이어 보석으로 포장한 것 같았고 그것의 청명함은 마치 하늘의 본체 같았더라.

11. 11 But God did not raise his hand against these leaders of the Israelites; they saw God, and they ate and drank.

    11 그분께서 이스라엘 자손의 고귀한 자들에게 자신의 손을 대지 아니하셨으므로 그들도 하나님을 보았으며 먹고 마셨더라.

12. 12 The LORD said to Moses, "Come up to me on the mountain and stay here, and I will give you the tablets of stone, with the law and commands I have written for their instruction."

    12 ¶ 주께서 모세에게 이르시되, 산으로 올라와 내게 와서 거기 있으라. 내가 기록한 돌판들과 율법과 명령들을 내가 네게 주리니 이것은 네가 그들을 가르치게 하려 함이라, 하시매

13. 13 Then Moses set out with Joshua his aide, and Moses went up on the mountain of God.

    13 모세가 자기의 섬기는 자 여호수아와 함께 일어났고 모세가 하나님의 산으로 올라가며

14. 14 He said to the elders, "Wait here for us until we come back to you. Aaron and Hur are with you, and anyone involved in a dispute can go to them."

    14 장로들에게 이르되, 너희는 우리가 너희에게 다시 올 때까지 여기에서 우리를 기다리라. 보라, 아론과 훌이 너희와 함께하나니 어떤 사람이 할 일들이 있으면 그들에게 갈지니라, 하고

15. 15 When Moses went up on the mountain, the cloud covered it,

    15 모세가 그 산으로 올라갔는데 구름이 산을 덮었더라.

16. 16 and the glory of the LORD settled on Mount Sinai. For six days the cloud covered the mountain, and on the seventh day the LORD called to Moses from within the cloud.

    16 주의 영광이 시내 산 위에 머물렀고 구름이 엿새 동안 그 산을 덮었는데 일곱째 날 그분께서 구름 한가운데서 모세를 부르시니라.

17. 17 To the Israelites the glory of the LORD looked like a consuming fire on top of the mountain.

    17 이스라엘 자손의 눈에는 주의 영광의 출현이 그 산의 꼭대기에 있는 삼키는 불처럼 보였더라.

18. 18 Then Moses entered the cloud as he went on up the mountain. And he stayed on the mountain forty days and forty nights.

    18 모세는 구름 한가운데로 들어가 그 산 위로 올라갔고 밤낮으로 사십 일 동안 그 산에 있었더라.
