출애굽기 34장 [킹제임스]

1. 1 The LORD said to Moses, "Chisel out two stone tablets like the first ones, and I will write on them the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke.

   1 주께서 모세에게 이르시되, 너는 처음 것들과 같은 두 돌판을 깎으라. 네가 깨뜨린 처음 판들에 있던 말들을 내가 이 판들 위에 쓰리니

2. 2 Be ready in the morning, and then come up on Mount Sinai. Present yourself to me there on top of the mountain.

   2 아침에 예비하고 아침에 시내 산으로 올라와 거기서 그 산의 꼭대기에서 너 자신을 내게 보이되

3. 3 No one is to come with you or be seen anywhere on the mountain; not even the flocks and herds may graze in front of the mountain."

   3 아무도 너와 함께 오르지 말게 하며 온 산 전역에서 아무도 보이지 않게 하고 양 떼나 소 떼도 그 산 앞에서 먹지 못하게 하라, 하시므로

4. 4 So Moses chiseled out two stone tablets like the first ones and went up Mount Sinai early in the morning, as the LORD had commanded him; and he carried the two stone tablets in his hands.

   4 ¶ 모세가 처음 것들과 같은 두 돌판을 깎고 아침에 일찍 일어나 주께서 자기에게 명령하신 대로 두 돌판을 자기 손에 들고 시내 산으로 올라가니

5. 5 Then the LORD came down in the cloud and stood there with him and proclaimed his name, the LORD.

   5 주께서 구름 가운데서 내려오사 그와 함께 거기 서시고 주의 이름을 선포하시니라.

6. 6 And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, "The LORD, the LORD, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness,

   6 주께서 그의 앞으로 지나가시며 선포하시되, 나는 주니라. 긍휼이 많고 은혜로우며 오래 참고 선함과 진리가 풍성한 주 하나님이니라.

7. 7 maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation."

   7 내가 긍휼을 수천의 사람들에게 베풀고 불법과 범법과 죄를 용서하되 그것이 결코 죄 있는 자를 무죄로 만들지는 아니할 것이며 내가 아버지들의 불법을 자식들과 자식들의 자식들에게 벌하여 삼 대와 사 대까지 이르게 하리라, 하시니

8. 8 Moses bowed to the ground at once and worshiped.

   8 모세가 급히 땅을 향해 머리를 숙이고 경배하며

9. 9 "O Lord, if I have found favor in your eyes," he said, "then let the Lord go with us. Although this is a stiff-necked people, forgive our wickedness and our sin, and take us as your inheritance."

   9 이르되, 오 주여, 이제 내가 주의 눈앞에서 은혜를 입었거든 원하건대 내 주께서는 우리 가운데서 함께 가소서. 이 백성은 목이 뻣뻣한 백성이니이다. 우리의 불법과 우리의 죄를 용서하시고 우리를 주의 상속물로 삼으소서, 하니라.

10. 10 Then the LORD said: "I am making a covenant with you. Before all your people I will do wonders never before done in any nation in all the world. The people you live among will see how awesome is the work that I, the LORD, will do for you.

    10 ¶ 그분께서 이르시되, 보라, 내가 언약을 맺노라. 내가 아직 온 땅에서나 혹은 어떤 민족 가운데서도 행하지 아니한 놀라운 일들을 너의 온 백성 앞에서 행하리라. 너와 함께하는 온 백성이 주의 일을 보리니 이는 그 일이 내가 너와 함께하며 행할 두려운 일이기 때문이니라.

11. 11 Obey what I command you today. I will drive out before you the Amorites, Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.

    11 너는 내가 이날 네게 명령하는 것을 준수하라. 보라, 내가 네 앞에서 아모리 족속과 가나안 족속과 헷 족속과 브리스 족속과 히위 족속과 여부스 족속을 쫓아내노니

12. 12 Be careful not to make a treaty with those who live in the land where you are going, or they will be a snare among you.

    12 네가 들어가는 땅의 거주민들과 네가 언약을 맺지 않도록 스스로 조심하라. 그것이 네 한가운데서 올무가 될까 염려하노라.

13. 13 Break down their altars, smash their sacred stones and cut down their Asherah poles.

    13 오히려 너희는 그들의 제단들을 멸하고 그들의 형상들을 깨뜨리며 그들의 작은 숲들을 베어 낼지니라.

14. 14 Do not worship any other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.

    14 너는 다른 신에게 경배하지 말라. 이름이 질투하는 자인 주는 질투하는 하나님이니라.

15. 15 "Be careful not to make a treaty with those who live in the land; for when they prostitute themselves to their gods and sacrifice to them, they will invite you and you will eat their sacrifices.

    15 너는 그 땅 거주민들과 언약을 맺지 말라. 그들은 자기 신들을 따라 음행의 길로 가며 자기 신들에게 희생물을 드리나니 한 사람이 너를 부르면 네가 그의 희생물을 먹을까 염려하노라.

16. 16 And when you choose some of their daughters as wives for your sons and those daughters prostitute themselves to their gods, they will lead your sons to do the same.

    16 또 네가 네 아들들을 위해 그들의 딸들을 데려오므로 그들의 딸들이 그들의 신들을 따라 음행의 길로 가며 네 아들들을 그들의 신들을 따라 음행의 길로 가게 할까 염려하노라.

17. 17 "Do not make cast idols.

    17 너는 너를 위해 부어 만든 신들을 만들지 말지니라.

18. 18 "Celebrate the Feast of Unleavened Bread. For seven days eat bread made without yeast, as I commanded you. Do this at the appointed time in the month of Abib, for in that month you came out of Egypt.

    18 ¶ 너는 무교절을 지키라. 내가 네게 명령한 대로 너는 아빕 월 그때에 이레 동안 누룩 없는 빵을 먹을지니 이는 네가 아빕 월에 이집트에서 나왔기 때문이니라.

19. 19 "The first offspring of every womb belongs to me, including all the firstborn males of your livestock, whether from herd or flock.

    19 태를 여는 모든 것은 내 것이니 네 가축 가운데 첫 새끼로 수컷은 소든지 양이든지 다 그러하니라.

20. 20 Redeem the firstborn donkey with a lamb, but if you do not redeem it, break its neck. Redeem all your firstborn sons. "No one is to appear before me empty-handed.

    20 그러나 너는 나귀의 첫 새끼를 어린양으로 대속할 것이요, 그것을 대속하지 아니하려거든 그것의 목을 꺾을 것이며 너는 네 아들들 중의 처음 난 모든 자를 대속할지니라. 아무도 빈손으로 내 앞에 나타나지 말지니라.

21. 21 "Six days you shall labor, but on the seventh day you shall rest; even during the plowing season and harvest you must rest.

    21 ¶ 엿새 동안 너는 일할 것이나 일곱째 날에는 안식할지니 밭을 갈 때에도 거둘 때에도 너는 안식할지니라.

22. 22 "Celebrate the Feast of Weeks with the firstfruits of the wheat harvest, and the Feast of Ingathering at the turn of the year.

    22 ¶ 너는 칠칠절 곧 밀 수확의 첫 열매 명절을 지키고 한 해가 끝날 때에 수장절을 지킬지니라.

23. 23 Three times a year all your men are to appear before the Sovereign LORD, the God of Israel.

    23 ¶ 너희의 모든 남자 자손은 한 해에 세 번 주 하나님 곧 이스라엘의 하나님 앞에 나타날지니라.

24. 24 I will drive out nations before you and enlarge your territory, and no one will covet your land when you go up three times each year to appear before the LORD your God.

    24 내가 민족들을 네 앞에서 쫓아내고 네 경계를 넓히리니 네가 한 해에 세 번 주 네 하나님 앞에 나타나려고 올라올 때에 아무도 네 땅을 탐내지 못하리라.

25. 25 "Do not offer the blood of a sacrifice to me along with anything containing yeast, and do not let any of the sacrifice from the Passover Feast remain until morning.

    25 너는 내 희생물의 피를 누룩과 함께 드리지 말고 유월절 희생물을 아침까지 남겨 두지 말지니라.

26. 26 "Bring the best of the firstfruits of your soil to the house of the LORD your God. "Do not cook a young goat in its mothers milk."

    26 너는 네 땅에서 난 첫 열매의 처음 것을 주 네 하나님의 집으로 가져갈지니라. 너는 염소 새끼를 그것의 어미 젖으로 삶지 말지니라, 하시니라.

27. 27 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Write down these words, for in accordance with these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel."

    27 주께서 모세에게 이르시되, 너는 이 말들을 기록하라. 내가 이 말들이 뜻하는 대로 너와 또 이스라엘과 언약을 맺었느니라, 하시니라.

28. 28 Moses was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights without eating bread or drinking water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant--the Ten Commandments.

    28 그가 주와 함께 밤낮으로 사십 일 동안 거기 있으면서 빵도 먹지 아니하고 물도 마시지 아니하였으며 그분께서는 언약의 말씀들 곧 열 가지 명령을 그 판들에 기록하셨더라.

29. 29 When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the Testimony in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the LORD.

    29 ¶ 모세가 그 두 증언 판을 모세의 손에 들고 시내 산에서 내려왔는데 그 산에서 내려올 때에 모세는 자기가 그분과 말하는 동안 자기 얼굴 피부가 빛나던 것을 알지 못하였더라.

30. 30 When Aaron and all the Israelites saw Moses, his face was radiant, and they were afraid to come near him.

    30 아론과 이스라엘 모든 자손이 모세를 보니, 보라, 그의 얼굴 피부가 빛나므로 그들이 그에게 가까이 가기를 두려워하였더라.

31. 31 But Moses called to them; so Aaron and all the leaders of the community came back to him, and he spoke to them.

    31 모세가 그들을 부르매 아론과 회중의 모든 치리자들이 그에게 돌아오고 모세가 그들과 말하니

32. 32 Afterward all the Israelites came near him, and he gave them all the commands the LORD had given him on Mount Sinai.

    32 그 뒤에야 이스라엘 모든 자손이 가까이 오므로 그가 주께서 시내 산에서 자기에게 말씀하신 모든 것을 그들에게 명령으로 주니라.

33. 33 When Moses finished speaking to them, he put a veil over his face.

    33 모세가 그들과 말하기를 마칠 때까지 베일로 자기 얼굴을 가렸더라.

34. 34 But whenever he entered the LORDS presence to speak with him, he removed the veil until he came out. And when he came out and told the Israelites what he had been commanded,

    34 그러나 모세가 주 앞에 들어가 그분과 말할 때에는 밖으로 나올 때까지 베일을 벗었다가 나와서는 그분께서 명령하신 것을 이스라엘 자손에게 말하였는데

35. 35 they saw that his face was radiant. Then Moses would put the veil back over his face until he went in to speak with the LORD.

    35 이스라엘 자손이 모세의 얼굴을 보되 모세의 얼굴 피부가 빛나는 것을 보았으므로 모세가 그분과 말하러 들어갈 때까지 다시 베일로 자기 얼굴을 가렸더라.
