요한계시록 20장 [킹제임스]

1. 1 And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain.

   1 또 내가 보니 한 천사가 바닥없는 구덩이의 열쇠와 큰 사슬을 손에 들고 하늘로부터 내려와

2. 2 He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years.

   2 마귀요 사탄인 그 용(龍) 곧 저 옛 뱀을 붙잡은 뒤 그를 천 년 동안 결박하여

3. 3 He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.

   3 바닥없는 구덩이에 던져 가두고 그에게 봉인을 하여 천 년이 찰 때까지 그가 더 이상 민족들을 속이지 못하게 하였는데 그 뒤에는 그가 반드시 잠시 동안 풀려나리라.

4. 4 I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

   4 또 내가 왕좌들을 보았는데 사람들이 그것들 위에 앉아 있고 그들에게 심판이 맡겨졌더라. 또 내가 예수님의 증언과 하나님의 말씀으로 인해 목이 베인 자들의 혼들을 보았는데 그들은 짐승과 그의 형상에게 경배하지도 아니하고 자기 이마 위에나 손안에 짐승의 표를 받지도 아니한 자들이더라. 그들이 살아서 그리스도와 함께 천 년 동안 통치하였으나

5. 5 (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection.

   5 그 나머지 죽은 자들은 그 천 년이 끝날 때까지 다시 살지 못하였더라. 이것이 첫째 부활이니라.

6. 6 Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.

   6 첫째 부활에 참여할 몫을 가진 자는 복이 있고 거룩하도다. 둘째 사망이 그런 자들을 다스릴 권능을 갖지 못하고 도리어 그들이 하나님과 그리스도의 제사장이 되어 천 년 동안 그분과 함께 통치하리라.

7. 7 When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison

   7 그 천 년이 다 차매 사탄이 자기 감옥에서 풀려나고

8. 8 and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth--Gog and Magog--to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore.

   8 나가서 땅의 사방에 있는 민족들 곧 곡과 마곡을 속이며 그들을 함께 모아 전쟁하게 할 터인데 그들의 수는 바다의 모래 같으니라.

9. 9 They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of Gods people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them.

   9 그들이 땅의 넓은 곳으로 올라가 성도들의 진영과 그 사랑받는 도시를 에워싸매 불이 하늘에서 하나님으로부터 내려와 그들을 삼켰고

10. 10 And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

    10 또 그들을 속인 마귀가 그 짐승과 거짓 대언자가 있는 불과 유황 호수에 던져져서 그들이 영원무궁토록 밤낮으로 고통을 받으리라.

11. 11 Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. Earth and sky fled from his presence, and there was no place for them.

    11 또 내가 크고 흰 왕좌와 그 위에 앉으신 분을 보았는데 땅과 하늘이 그분의 얼굴을 피해 물러가서 그것들의 자리가 보이지 아니하더라.

12. 12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books.

    12 또 내가 보니 죽은 자들이 작은 자나 큰 자나 하나님 앞에 서 있는데 책들이 펼쳐져 있고 또 다른 책 즉 생명책이 펼쳐져 있더라. 죽은 자들이 자기 행위들에 따라 그 책들에 기록된 그것들에 근거하여 심판을 받았더라.

13. 13 The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done.

    13 바다가 자기 안에 있는 죽은 자들을 내주었고 사망과 지옥이 자기 안에 있는 죽은 자들을 넘겨주매 그들이 각각 자기 행위들에 따라 심판을 받았으며

14. 14 Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death.

    14 사망과 지옥이 불 호수에 던져졌더라. 이것이 둘째 사망이니라.

15. 15 If anyones name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

    15 누구든지 생명책에 기록된 것으로 드러나지 않은 자는 불 호수에 던져졌더라.
