요한계시록 5장 [킹제임스]

1. 1 Then I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne a scroll with writing on both sides and sealed with seven seals.

   1 또 내가 왕좌에 앉으신 분의 오른손에 있는 책을 보았는데 그것은 안과 뒷면에 글이 적혀 있고 일곱 봉인으로 봉인되어 있더라.

2. 2 And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming in a loud voice, "Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll?"

   2 또 내가 보니 한 힘센 천사가 큰 음성으로 공포하기를, 누가 그 책을 펴고 그것의 봉인들을 떼기에 합당하냐? 하였으나

3. 3 But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll or even look inside it.

   3 하늘이나 땅이나 땅 아래에 있는 어떤 사람도 그 책을 펴거나 들여다볼 수 없더라.

4. 4 I wept and wept because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside.

   4 그 책을 펴서 읽거나 들여다보기에 합당한 사람이 아무도 보이지 아니하므로 내가 많이 울었더니

5. 5 Then one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals."

   5 장로들 중 한 사람이 내게 이르되, 울지 말라. 보라, 유다 지파의 사자(獅子) 곧 다윗의 뿌리께서 이기셨으므로 그 책을 펴시고 그것의 일곱 봉인을 떼시리라, 하니라.

6. 6 Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing in the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth.

   6 또 내가 보니, 보라, 왕좌와 네 짐승의 한가운데와 장로들의 한가운데에 전에 죽임을 당한 것 같은 어린양께서 일곱 뿔과 일곱 눈을 가진 채 서 계시는데 이 눈들은 온 땅 안으로 보내어진 하나님의 일곱 영이라.

7. 7 He came and took the scroll from the right hand of him who sat on the throne.

   7 그분께서 오셔서 왕좌에 앉으신 분의 오른손에서 그 책을 취하시니라.

8. 8 And when he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

   8 그분께서 그 책을 취하시매 네 짐승과 스물네 장로가 저마다 하프들과 향이 가득한 금병들을 가지고 어린양 앞에 엎드렸는데 이 향은 성도들의 기도라.

9. 9 And they sang a new song: "You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased men for God from every tribe and language and people and nation.

   9 그들이 새 노래를 불러 이르되, 주께서는 그 책을 취하여 그 책의 봉인들을 열기에 합당하시니이다. 주께서 죽임을 당하시고 주의 피로 모든 족속과 언어와 백성과 민족 가운데서 우리를 구속하사 하나님께 드리셨으며

10. 10 You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth."

    10 또 우리 하나님을 위해 우리를 왕과 제사장으로 삼으셨으니 우리가 땅에서 통치하리이다, 하더라.

11. 11 Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders.

    11 또 내가 보고 왕좌와 짐승들과 장로들을 둘러싼 많은 천사들의 음성을 들었는데 그들의 수는 만만이요 천천이더라.

12. 12 In a loud voice they sang: "Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!"

    12 그들이 큰 음성으로 이르되, 죽임을 당하신 어린양께서 권능과 부와 지혜와 힘과 존귀와 영광과 찬송을 받기에 합당하시도다, 하더라.

13. 13 Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing: "To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!"

    13 또 내가 들으니 하늘과 땅 위와 땅 아래에 있는 모든 창조물과 바다에 있는 것들과 그것들 안에 있는 모든 것들이 이르되, 왕좌에 앉으신 분과 어린양께 찬송과 존귀와 영광과 권능이 영원무궁토록 있기를 원하노라, 하매

14. 14 The four living creatures said, "Amen," and the elders fell down and worshiped.

    14 이에 네 짐승이 이르기를, 아멘, 하고 스물네 장로가 엎드려 영원무궁토록 살아 계시는 그분께 경배하더라.
