요한계시록 8장 [킹제임스]

1. 1 When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.

   1 그분께서 일곱째 봉인을 여실 때에 하늘이 반 시간쯤 고요하더라.

2. 2 And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them were given seven trumpets.

   2 내가 하나님 앞에 서 있는 일곱 천사를 보았는데 그들에게 일곱 나팔이 주어졌더라.

3. 3 Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all the saints, on the golden altar before the throne.

   3 또 다른 천사가 금향로를 가진 채 와서 제단 앞에 서고 많은 향을 받았으니 이것은 그가 그 향을 모든 성도들의 기도와 함께 그 왕좌 앞에 있는 금제단 위에 드리려 함이더라.

4. 4 The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of the saints, went up before God from the angels hand.

   4 성도들의 기도와 함께 피어난 향의 연기가 그 천사의 손에서 나와 하나님 앞에서 위로 올라가더라.

5. 5 Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it on the earth; and there came peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning and an earthquake.

   5 그 천사가 향로를 취하고 그것을 제단 불로 가득 채워 땅에 던지니 음성들과 천둥들과 번개들과 지진이 있더라.

6. 6 Then the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared to sound them.

   6 일곱 나팔을 가진 일곱 천사가 나팔을 불려고 준비하더라.

7. 7 The first angel sounded his trumpet, and there came hail and fire mixed with blood, and it was hurled down upon the earth. A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.

   7 첫째 천사가 나팔을 불매 피 섞인 우박과 불이 잇따라 나와서 땅에 쏟아지므로 나무들의 삼분의 일이 타고 모든 푸른 풀이 타더라.

8. 8 The second angel sounded his trumpet, and something like a huge mountain, all ablaze, was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea turned into blood,

   8 둘째 천사가 나팔을 불매 불타는 큰 산과 같은 것이 바다에 던져지므로 바다의 삼분의 일이 피가 되었으며

9. 9 a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.

   9 또 바다에 있으면서 생명을 가진 창조물의 삼분의 일이 죽고 배들의 삼분의 일이 부서지더라.

10. 10 The third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water--

    10 셋째 천사가 나팔을 불매 등불처럼 타는 큰 별이 하늘로부터 떨어져 강들의 삼분의 일과 물들의 근원들 위에 떨어졌는데

11. 11 the name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters turned bitter, and many people died from the waters that had become bitter.

    11 그 별의 이름은 쑥이라 하느니라. 그 물들의 삼분의 일이 쑥이 되매 물들이 쓰게 되므로 많은 사람들이 그 물들로 인해 죽더라.

12. 12 The fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them turned dark. A third of the day was without light, and also a third of the night.

    12 넷째 천사가 나팔을 불매 해의 삼분의 일과 달의 삼분의 일과 별들의 삼분의 일이 타격을 받아 그것들의 삼분의 일이 어두워지고 낮이 자기의 삼분의 일 동안 빛을 내지 아니하며 밤도 그와 같더라.

13. 13 As I watched, I heard an eagle that was flying in midair call out in a loud voice: "Woe! Woe! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the trumpet blasts about to be sounded by the other three angels!"

    13 또 내가 보고 들으니 하늘 한가운데를 가로질러 날아가는 한 천사가 큰 음성으로 이르되, 이제 세 천사가 불게 될 다른 나팔 소리들로 인해 땅에 거하는 자들에게 화, 화, 화가 있으리로다! 하더라.
